Hypnotherapy is a type of healing that facilitates a transitory state. It is method that allows your mind and body to relax and to be ready to heal. Hypnotherapy differs slightly from psychotherapy, even though some of the basic fundamentals remain the same. The major difference in the way that I practice hypnotherapy is that I use it to target specific behavioral changes. Hypnotherapy, more commonly referred to as hypnosis, utilizes the power of the unconscious to adapt to the change necessary for healing to occur. It is often our conscious minds that get in the way, thus hypnosis is a powerful tool that enables our bodies to heal the way it is meant to.
